Making Donuts

So there was this recipe for super healthy baked donuts (and by healthy I mean minus all the sugar that goes on top) that I've been wanting to try. I didn't have a donut mold so I just used a cupcake tray and cookie sheet. I had the boys ice them and top them with sprinkles. They tasted better than they looked and surprisingly they tasted a lot like donuts!

Oh my! That looks like so much fun! I have heard about backed donuts but I don't remember ever making them. Us the muffin cups was a great idea. No need for a hole anyway, doesn't change the taste any!

True, no hole needed! We have a donut tin, but it only makes 6 donuts. Really? Six? Seems like a lot of work for just a little result.

But yeah, they're yummy :)
