Fire In The Park (3yrs 10mo!)

CET 3 years and 10 months old!
Goofballs!
Took the boys to Fire In The Park
The boys watched a little relay where real firefighters practice unrolling a hose, breaking down a door, dragging a human like dummy several yards and then rolling up the hose.
They had a similar course for the kids, first up is Caleb.
Caleb dragging the hose to the next spot
Next up is Eli. After running several feet with the hose he stops and drops the hose, then he says "Police no fight fires!"
There was no convincing him!
Lastly is Thomas
Look at him go!
Mr T
Next thing they had to do was set up the ladder and drag the bunny to the next spot but nobody would touch the bunny. I think they were a bit young for this, maybe next year!
Sneak peak, professional pictures! Can't wait to show off the real ones : )

Last Leg

The last leg of our California trip was spent in Davis hanging out with family and friends! It was great seeing everyone!
So many little dudes, hanging out at Fairy Tale Town!
Cheesey boys
Lunch at the park. The boys wore themselves out by chasing squirrels!
The close up just cracks me up!

Caleb cruising in what he called an "ATV"
The boys visited the body shop where papa Ed works and got to see a real life racing car!
On our way to lunch with mama Sue and papa Ed
On our way home papi got "mucho love" from his boys while we waited at Starbucks : )
We spent three weeks in California and it still went by sooo fast! With so many friends and family to see I really wish I could figure out a way to come down twice a year. Maybe someday I'll figure it out, ha!

Big Splash!

After our sojourn in San Jose we headed to the east Bay where Phil's brother's family lives. The boys got plenty of time to splash around in the water while there.

One morning we took the boys on a long bike ride, we stopped here to check out the goats : )
The smallest park ever, just a rock and that teeter totter in the back!
It doesn't take much to entertain toddlers : )
Caleb and cousin R
The boys loved this lake nearby, Thomas kept saying "so fun mami!"
Drying off
One evening we had friends come over for dinner
Eli at a pool another day

Thomas loved the slide and made lots of big splashes
Thomas has proven himself hydrophilic, he's the first one in and the last one out!
An even bigger splash by Mr T
On our way to Phil's parent's house we stopped by to meet the boys great aunts and uncle for the first time.
Aunt Nancy, Louis, and Joe

When The Cat's Away The Mice Will Play!

While Phil and I were on our anniversary getaway my mom and sister took the boys to the Oakland zoo. My mom forgot to tell the boys to pee before leaving the house so of course all the boys fell asleep on the way there, and of course they all woke up with pee in their pants. Thankfully my mom brought an extra set of underwear but not shorts. It wasn't too big of a deal bc they were all sporting their Fireman/Police gear, ha!
Looking so silly at the zoo!
Caleb
Ice cream!
With my sister
I guess at some point it got too hot for fireman jackets, but why shirts, I'm not sure?!
Thomas, I guess "no shirt no service" doesn't apply at this zoo, haha!

Jump Party!

I'm playing catch up so I'll have to go back a couple of weeks to fully document our California 2014 trip! My mom threw a party for all the family and since there are several littles she also rented a bouncy house. The boys showed their endless energy by jumping in it ALL DAY LONG!
So much energy!
Eli
Thomas and Caleb in the back
Triplets wielding axes in a bouncy house is never a good combination!
We had to bring in the law, this party was OUT OF CONTROL!
Eli told me "firemen no need love!" when I tried to give him kisses
cousin chubby cheeks
The boys thought their hollow plastic axes could break open the pinata, ha!
My mom, Caleb, Thomas, Phil, Eli, cousin Camila, cousin Mia, and cousin Sandra : )
